Founder Advisory is often the relationship founders move into after completing a Company Redesign with Orbsi.

By that point, we already understand how the company works, the people involved, the decisions that brought you here, where you are trying to go, and the role you want to have in the future.

The redesign may be complete, but the company will continue to change.

People leave. Leaders take on more responsibility. New opportunities appear. Problems come up that no process could have predicted. What you want from the company may change too.

Not every situation requires another redesign.

Sometimes you need someone who already understands the company and can help you think through what comes next.

An Ongoing Relationship for Leading the Company

Founder Leadership Development focuses on how you lead people.

Founder Advisory supports you as you make decisions about the company itself.

The conversation may involve a difficult employee situation, a major hire, a new opportunity, a change in direction, another location, a new department, or a shift in the role you want to have.

Sometimes the situation will require you to grow as a leader, but the relationship is not limited to leadership development.

You will work directly with Danielle, allowing her to stay close enough to understand your company and be useful when important situations come up.

Depending on the situation, timing, and location, that may include a last-minute call, an in-person meeting, or Danielle joining a conversation that needs to happen quickly.
